Amazon KDP is an excellent platform for authors because it allows them to publish their books and ebooks for free, and then earn royalties on every sale. These royalties can range from 35% to 70% of the sale price, depending on the book’s price, delivery costs, and the author’s chosen royalty rate.

So if you publish a book of $7.99 and get 35% on royality (taking the minimum case)

7.99*0.35 = $2.79

If you sell 30 books in a month, you earn —

2.79*30 = $83.7

Even if you are able to sell 10 or 15 such books in a month —

$83.7*12 = $1004.4

You will be able to generate an income of approx $1000 per month, which is not bad!

How to Make $1000 per Month with Amazon KDP?

To earn $1000 per month with Amazon KDP, you must publish multiple books/ebooks that consistently sell.

Here’s how you can do it using a secret strategy that combines Chat GPT, Creative Fabrica, and Canva.

Step 1: Choose a Niche

Step 2— Use ChatGPT & Google trends for Idea Generation

To generate ideas, you can use Chat GPT, an AI-powered writing tool that can help you generate ideas for book titles and content. Simply enter a keyword related to your niche, and Chat GPT will generate a list of potential book titles and content ideas for you to explore.

Once you have a list of ideas or titles, check Google Trends once to get an idea of the demand.

Create Your Content

Once you've compiled your list, it's time to start creating content.

Step 4: Publish Your Book

Once you’ve created your content and designed your book cover, it’s time to publish your book on Amazon KDP. Simply create an account on the platform, upload your book file and cover, set your price and royalty rate, and then publish your book to the Kindle store.

Step 5: Promote Your Book

The final step in making money with Amazon KDP is to promote your book to potential readers. You can do this through a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, and Amazon’s own advertising platform.
